Under the current guidance of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we will supply your data where we feel that we have established a Legitimate Interest in doing so and can also satisfy a balancing test of our rights as a data controller compared to your rights as a data subject. This will be considered on a case by case basis. Again under current guidance, any third party processing the data will also need to repeat this process under GDPR framework.
